I am an in-network provider for the following:

I am an out of network provider for all other insurances. Many insurance plans offer out of network mental health care benefits. If your insurance plan includes out of network benefits, you may qualify for reimbursement from your insurance company. As an out of network provider, I would collect payment from you at the time of service. Upon request I can provide a billing statement for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact me if you have questions about how this process works.

Fees

Please call or email to inquire about my fees. Payment is due at the time of service and is accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card (including HSA cards).
